Park Slope Townhouse, 2023

Located in the Park Slope Historic District of Brooklyn, this 1889 three-story single-family Neo-Grec brownstone with Romanesque Revival details has been carefully renovated and restored. The front facade brownstone resurfacing, reconstructed wood cornice and new wood windows uplift the building and its surroundings.

The rear facade masonry restoration, new wood windows/doors and deck improves the relationship with the rear yard. The interior’s ornate details, dark wood trim, light pine floors and plaster walls have been preserved, while new services have been installed without interrupting the spaces.
