Located on the southeast corner of the incredible Grand Army Plaza in Brooklyn, NY, this fifteen- story 240,000 square-foot concrete structure consists of 114 apartments, ground floor lounge and below grade parking. The glass curtain wall is designed to maximize daylight and provide views of Prospect Park, the New York Harbor and the Manhattan Skyline.
