Greenwich Village Townhouse
Under Construction. The Blauvelt House in the Greenwich Village Historic District of Manhattan. Originally built as a two-story house with an English basement, a third story and rear addition were subsequently added. The rear of the house will be dismantled and reconstructed to take advantage of the full width of the lot.

The renovated single-family home will spread out on all four floors, with generous glazed openings to the rear yard, balconies and roof. Drawing inspiration from the house’s humble origins, the interiors explore a mix of traditional and modern design.
