Dyker Heights Residence, 2020

Located in the Dyker Heights section of South Brooklyn, this single-family semi-detached masonry townhouse, once covered in stucco will regain is masonry presence. The Owner’s goal of modernizing the facade is realized through roman brick and stone panels. The design is inspired by local houses where panels below windows are common, yet the detailing is simplified and cleaner.
